I cannot believe August has passed and with it went all intentions of a Wish List. I was so busy with Australia Week, trips to San Francisco, Tea Gardens, and Melbourne, and moving the second half of my things back to Australia that my August Wish List never happened. That means this September Wish List is loaded with even more items I love, AND I have a few other fashion posts up my sleeve for the rest of the month like fall fashions for all you Americans – booties, handbags, and more!

The White Lace Tops: What is this rule about no white after Labor Day? I wear white year round! I love these cute white tops from American Eagle and Metro Park paired with jeans and ankle booties in early fall; and if you’re an Aussie prepping for spring jeans and sandals are the way to go! // 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 //
The Graphic Tees: Think back to high school when graphic tees with big American Eagle, Abercrombie, and Aeropostale logos were a huge deal! Once you graduated you probably retired from wearing those graphics opting for solids and prints. Well graphics are back, but not in the logo kind of way and these graphic tees are perfect to pair with those solid and print bottoms. My favorite is the Merci shirt from J.Crew Factory.

The Floral Prints: These florals skirts are all in season in America, and you thought you could only do the floral in the summer. I love the mustard color flowers on the Loft skirt, and how it is paired with a sweatshirt tee making it easy to dress up for work or down for a weekend out. I’d pair that skirt with suede heels or leggings and booties depending on how cold it is where you are for work, or cute flats like the ones below for a more casual look. // 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 //
The Sleeveless Tanks: I’ll preface by saying that it may be just too darn cold for you to wear a tank this month or for the next six… but I’m from Florida where it is hot year round, and live in Australia where it is spring and mostly hot so I am all about sleeveless at the moment. The Free People tank is my favorite of the group because of the simplicity, cut, and it’s available in so many colors. This would be my everyday tank for sure! The pattern on the Anthropologie tank on the other hand just makes me smile irresistibly! AND it’s on sale. Winner!

The Flats: While traveling around Melbourne last week I decided to dress up all cute for dinner in one of my favorite dresses, and paired it with leggings, a peacoat, and booties. Having not worn booties, or heels, in at least six months my feet were killing me by the time we got to dinner. When Ben asked me why I wore them in the first place I said, “I wanted to look cute for you.” He thought that was absolutely ridiculous. Now I am on the hunt for super cute, closed toe flats, to wear for all occasions.// 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 //
The Animal Prints: I’m a little obsessed with animal prints at the moment, and I’m not talking cheetah, leopard, or zebra patterns, but the whole gosh darn animal. Loving this Anthropologie dress (on sale) and the elephant print shirt in the September Golden Tote Sale, which starts Monday. If you don’t know about Golden Tote, check out some of my reviews for more info. I would love to wear this sweater next time the sheep are up for a shear, I’m sure Ben’s dad would get a kick out of it.// 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 //

The Long Sleeves: September weather can be hit and miss both in The States and in Australia, one day it’s hot as heck and the next cold, dark, and windy. Long sleeves come in super handy to keep warm, and these keyhole back tops are the perfect combo of can’t say goodbye to summer, not ready for the cold weather, but I’ll embrace it. Oh, and the long sleevers on this list from Australia — they ship to America, and vice versa. // 1 / 2 / 3 //
The Bags: Like I said I am going to do a post later this month on fall bags, but in the meantime here are a couple I love and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share them with you!
What’s on your wish list this month?
