This weekend we celebrated (and I use that term loosely as there was no actual celebration) my one year anniversary in Australia. I can’t believe how the time has flown by! I launched The Pineapple Cake only two weeks prior to the move so I thought it would be nice to take a little journey down memory lane and check out some of my favorite moments and photos from the past year Down Under.
