My dad and brother are hands down the hardest people to shop for, and so predictable. One wants Best Buy gift cards, the other wants iTunes gift cards. Ben on the other hand, easiest person to shop for, ever! In fact some of the items on this list are things that I couldn’t fit on my list of gifts for him this year. If you are stumped on what to get your dad, boyfriend, hubby, or brother keep scrolling for some gift ideas for him… bonus, everything is under $50!
Shaving Kit ($25): Within the past few years I feel like facial grooming is a big thing for men. I love these kits for those well groomed men. Shh… Ben and I may be gifting this to a man on our list.
Wallet ($33): Men’s wallets take a beating in the back pocket everyday, but a good leather wallet can hold together well and keep things organized. Throw in a crispy $10 to make him feel rich.
Gingham Shirt ($30): What I love about a gingham shirt on a guy is that he can wear it with essentially anything. Casual Friday at work, under a jacket, a night out with the boys, or date night. Gingham seems to be a universal print (works well with a tie as well), and needed in every man’s closet.
Travel Bag ($49): This is the exact same bag I got Ben for Christmas last year. The original purpose was to use it on his flights to visit me in America, but then I ended up moving to Australia. Now it’s used for those quick weekend trips to the farm or on vacations around Australia. There are also toiletries bags ($19) and passport cases ($14.50) if your him does a lot of international travel.
Plaid Scarf ($20): Perfect to keep warm for the holiday season while still looking manly… like a lumberjack. What guy doesn’t want to be a lumberjack?
Cast Iron Grill ($20): If your man likes to grill this is a great one to keep him grilling (indoors) all winter long! I also enjoy using it to grill up veggies quickly for dinner without having to worry about firing up the bbq.
Magazine Subscription ($5-50): When all other ideas fail the gift of recent sports news, world news, health, fitness, or whatever your he fancies in the form of a magazine subscription is one of my favorite things because you know your he will enjoy it, and if you are stuck for gift ideas next year… renew the subscription.
Cards Against Humanity ($25): The grown up version of the beloved game Apples to Apples ($29) will give your him hours of laughs with his buddies. If he is more of a family man, or doesn’t have an inappropriate sense of humor, then Apples to Apples is the better option here.
Craft Brewing Beer Kit ($46.55): What guy doesn’t like beer? And if he’s Aussie, well then it would just be a crime not to. With a beer kit you he will have an endless supply (until he runs out), and show off to his friends his beer crafting skills.
